Contact a Fleet Representative

If you've got a question about the fleet or use of the Charter Byte, email a fleet representative.

Email the Fleet

Our fleet has its own Google Group (http://groups.google.com/group/sfbytes) that allows us to maintain a fleet-wide email distribution system.  Although announcements and discussion topics are publicly viewable, most other features are open only to Byte owners and their friends.

Anyone may send an email out to the fleet by using the following address:  sfbytes@googlegroups.com.  Please be aware that any messages from non-members will be held for moderation before being distributed.

To join the group, contact Bill Tieman at sfbytes@gmail.com.  You do not need a Google account, but if you have one (or feel inspired to start one) you can request membership directly from the group site.

The group is the easy, quick way to communicate with everyone; we encourage anyone interested in participating in fleet events or in trying to find some other Bytes to fun-sail with, even once in a while, join our group!

List of Local Byte Owners & Sailors

We also maintain a master list of local Byte owners and active non-owners together with their contact information.  We keep personal information strictly private, but fleet members are free to request a copy.  If you'd like one, contact Karin Knowles.  You can see a basic roster of members here on our Members page.
